It’s getting COOL in here!

Today was a blast🙌🏻 I am sitting here tonight reflecting on what it all means and I feel so empowered.

Because I lead a healthy lifestyle by exercising consistently and eating well, I fit the cool mold ya’ll!! I am going to have #coolsculpting done and will be documenting the entire process here. It’s noninvasive and fits perfectly in my #greenvibetribe world. No down time, which means I can be back to my workouts right away. @lumen_center walked me through everything today and I am so impressed with their location and the amazing women I got to hang out with today….with little Sam tagging along! Lol.

As a 42 year old Mom of 4, I had made peace with certain areas of my body. I am human and popped out 4 humans😂

But why should I settle? Being given this opportunity to show women what else is possible in conjunction with daily fitness and nutrition is exciting!! This permanently kills fat cells. No more yo yo. There is some serious muscle hiding under here and I intend to find it! If you are curious about #coolsculpting definitely consider pairing it with a wellness whisperer🙋🏻‍♀️ (me!) to maintain your results…. and vice versa, if you workout like a beast but can’t lean out a trouble area or two, you need Lumen and a wellness whisperer😂 They really go hand in hand. Breakfast time is cray cray in my house.  All 4 of my kids always want something different, so I try to make sure I have options to please at least one!  lol  It’s the one meal that I really feel like I have a handle on as far as getting nutrients into my children.

As a Pinterest junkie, I have SO many pins, but these 4 are my “go to” recipes for prepping breakfasts for my crew.  Try them out and let me know what you think!  Which one looks doable for your family?

If you haven’t tried blender muffins, you need to.  These are so easy and delicious!  I make a double batch and freeze them.  They thaw perfectly! thanks Well Plated!  This is my daughter Gia’s favorite!

ALL 4 kids love these!  Now that the weather is going to actually start warming up, these are a perfect option.  You can’t go wrong when you can say, “hey kids, do you want a Popsicle for breakfast?” LOL  #coolmom  My Mommy World, you rock!

MOMS!  Do not spend time making eggs and sausage from scratch every morning!  This is a great option that you can prep ahead for the whole week, with your kid’s help!  A great grab and go meal too!  thanks Tastes Better From Scratch!

These an an awesome option for someone with gluten and egg allergies.  They are nutritious yet taste like a dessert! YES PLEASE!  They make great snacks too!  Simply Quinoa thanks!

Family Food Fix!

I have 4 kids and they all have different food preferences😳 Somedays this can be daunting. When they walk in and air at the table I usually hear a lot of “do we really have to eat this?” 🤣 Ummm YES. I have to find ways for them to understand that food is fuel first. It isn’t meant to taste like dessert at every meal!

My kids range from age 2.5 to 12.5, so they all have different nutritional needs. My pediatrician doesn’t give me any guidance with that other than asking if they eat the food groups when we go for well checks. It’s my job🙌🏻 I don’t take that job lightly.

The nutrition plan that I have been following has been expanded to include families. Detailing exactly what pretty little containers each age group should be eating. GOLD 💥 I would love to have a group of Moms join me as I do this along with my family. We will work on our nutrition, AND our family’s. A big obstacle for a lot of women is their family. It is HARD to stick to something when the people in your house treat you like you are harming them with healthy food🤣

What if you were guided through a course, step by step with my help? Support from other women doing the same thing? This is strictly nutrition… fitness is totally optional. Get immediate access to everything you need💚 Violetta, my 5 year old, has agreed to follow this with me. She will learn exactly how many servings of each food group to eat, and she will keep track if it herself! Counting colored containers is easy peasy!

Pre Workout Meal Alert!!!! Pumpkin Oat Protein Pancakes

Pumpkin Oat Protein Pankcakes are the bomb.  I really struggled with eating a meal so early.  I usually ate nothing before I worked out.  Now I was feeling completely bloated!  I needed some new ideas.  After I whipped these up, I was in love.  I make a few batches at a time and pop them into the fridge.  They are so simple!

If you aren’t following 80 Day Obsession, add a touch of maple syrup!
