Pre Workout Meal Alert!!!! Pumpkin Oat Protein Pancakes

Pumpkin Oat Protein Pankcakes are the bomb.  I really struggled with eating a meal so early.  I usually ate nothing before I worked out.  Now I was feeling completely bloated!  I needed some new ideas.  After I whipped these up, I was in love.  I make a few batches at a time and pop them into the fridge.  They are so simple!

If you aren’t following 80 Day Obsession, add a touch of maple syrup!

***note – pumpkin is roasted, cubed and measured as a green container prior to purée

    1. Hi Gina! I need to clarify my recipe. I use roasted pumpkin equal to the green container, then purée it. Autumn explained the quantity issue in this video. Using chunks to measure is a green. Thanks!!
